Someone is trying to steal my account. He tried to change my password twice in last 10 days. Now it seems that he reported to Riot because my account is suspended. Can anyone tell me how to solve this?

I wrote a ticket to them and the reply is, "Hello there,

The account is currently locked down to several instances of unauthorized access to the account. In order to lift the ban I will need to verify you as the person who originally created the account.

For security reasons, we are not able to assist with an Account Recovery while you are logged into a League of Legends account on our Support Site.

In order to proceed further, please provide me with a different email (one that is not associated with any League account). We will create a new ticket for you using this alternate email address, where you can reply and proceed further with your recovery request.

After providing a different email, what can I do for next step?

Dude don't ask us, ask the riot support and wait. We can't help you. Just follow the steps that RIOT tells you to do.

They are saying this to protect your account. If someone hacked your account they can log into the boards. Just follow the procedure and you will be taken care of.

Send a support ticket here and include a variety of screenshots explaining what has happened to to keep your account locked for now. The support person will be able to recover your account once they find a way to get rid of the person attempting to use your account.

Patience is key though, the support team has to do this for a lot of people often, it takes time.
