I just received a new mousepad so that i can play league, but i can only use my left hand does any know an easy way to program everything i need for league?

Rebind Q to U, W to I, E to O, and R to P. Put summoners on J and K. Put attack move click on RShift + MB1

Swap Mouse Button 1 and Mouse Button 2

I'm not actually left handed, this is just a mirror of the standard layout. Hope it works out for you.
