jungle xp omg

I agree somewhat, my thinking on this issue is the jungler if even in a game should be the same level as the adc if their even as well. The jungle role is kind of like a support for every lane except stronger obviously. Too powerful and no one stands a chance but too weak and they have minor impact on the game state. Balance it Riot as you wish to make this happen
