The fact that riven has still not been nerfed, and can build nothing but damage, that is total fair and balanced for all the other champs. Like no matter how much armor you have she can just melt right through it, I had 500+ armor and 4000+hp, I was the tank and when riven went onto me, I just disappeared.

Stop playing semi squishy champions against her, play tanky champions against her then outtrade her burst, Garen, Volibear, Darius, champions tanky enough to take her burst then trade just as hard. Also, stop trying to duel her level two, she is a champion made for all in.
Well, damage scales into late game better than armor. If it was mid-game, you could shut her down unless she was fed.
Though I really wish her shield scaled off HP like Vi's passive or something. It would encourage off-builds, rather than just straight damage without consequences (and if she fell behind, wouldn't make her completely useless).
