Mission Timing

If a mission refreshes or appears while I'm in a game, and I complete the task, will I get the reward or will it bug out? For example, my daily "first win of the day" mission for extra EXP refreshes in about 20 minutes. If I'm mid game when that happens, and I win, will I get the extra EXP after that game or not?
