Couldn't turn back to bird, Real Eggnivia! Anivia Bug Video

After first time I've been killed, I immediately died instead turn to egg. Then I respawned in base as an egg and never turned back even after I got killed again. I couldn't basic attack but I could cast every thing. Also you can see after last bug fix about Anivia's Q, here is a new bug that the circle Q stun indicator is messed up.
