Losing LP depending on performance in the game?

First i would like to apologize if i make any mistakes in spelling. Hello,I was thinking about an idea that we could lose LP depending on our performance in ranked games. It happened to me a lot of times that all lanes exept one win and therefore on behalf of losing lane we lose the whole game. I was wondering would it be possible if we lost LP depending on how we did in lane (for example compare stats with the same role in winning team or something like that.) I am just curious about this.

Maybe the person with the highest grade on the team should get the LP loss reduction. That would be the only way I can see this working

That isnt a good idea since the gradeing system works this way: if you play Olaf support your grade depends on other games with Olaf support in your elo. Most of the players that picked Olaf support were trollers/afks/feeders so basicly you dont even need to perform decent to earn a high grade. If the rest of the team feeds you will most likely have the highest grade in your team which would mean you will get LP loss reduction BUT actually you were trolling by playing Olaf support and you didnt suffer the same LP loss as the other players in your team. That isnt fair dont you think?
