There needs to be a way to report people in champ select. Its not fair especially when one is in promos or has to dodge and lose lp and time just because another player wants to troll ban your champion or pick a troll champion etc.

reports for trolling dont do anything remember if they say nothing during the game they aren't gonna get banned if you dont believe me, create an account and feed every 7 games. you need a certain # of reports for the system to even consider punishing you, don't know how it works if they dont flame
