Declined matches

Dear Riot, When I am in queue why do I still have to click accept for a game that someone has declined? If the game is being disbanded why not do it a bit sooner?

Also why does a game coming up bring me back to the home page? if I'm browsing the store or checking something in profile, a declined game makes me start all over.
