can you have matchmaking place you in worse than a 1v9?

so um, i fixed my connection by manually subnetting my ethernet port in a winnable game that was 1v9 but we lost game 3 of my promos. would you call that a 0v9 or a .5v9? I was hoping to be silver 3 for the first time ever but network had to crash. it should remake(but only if they reconnect asap) to be fair to the player who lost their network, lagged too much, or got ddosed.
