Since her new kit is a problem reducing her numbers wont work. I was thinking why not remove the passive from her E but at the same time remove the 5 second delay on a single champion from her passive. Wouldnt that solve some of her problems instead of nerfing the E range? (i know everyone wants the E range nerfed but i doubt that will solve the problem)

2 Delay is exactly 1.5 seconds not 5 seconds. I know you said it roughly for whatever reason but you missed so much XD
They already nerfed Max E second le bl which did fix some issues
As soon as I saw ridicilus base dmg and Ratio on passive after le bl Rework I knew what will be the problem. Its just way to rewarding. Cut it for like 0.2 ap ratio and she should be fine and maybe some base dmg
Your idea would litteraly break le bl to permabann levels. What you suggested would actually be a buff
