Please bring back custom games!

Whenever i get a new champ or the new rotation comes around, I like to create a private game against bots to try out the champ and get a feel for how to use them. Also, if I am short on time and just want to play a quick match that I can leave whenever without penalty, thats where custom games come in.

Um, arn't they still a thing? I thought it was just a sub tab under the game type select tab. I could be wrong though.
