Kat's Ult - Again

It is extremely weak through most of the game and only decent against the squishiest champs in the end. Please fix that. You gotta bump it up a little bit. I realize that it's supposed to be a damage over time ability, but even so, you have to whittle down an enemy to where they're dam near dead then finish them on with the ult. Or you can use it early, and then try to use your passive to kill them. Of course, if you go with option two then your opponent has to be dumb, since you have to telegraph your moves by throwing knives. I thought the new mechanic would be fun, and for the most part it is. However, the "deceptive" damage boost is not enough to make it worthwhile for Kat to leap into a group of enemies and start whirling blades. Maybe that was the intention. If so, please adjust your expectations. She is barely capable in a 1 v 1. If you want Kat players to target individuals with her aoe abilities as opposed to attacking groups, then she still fails. All a player needs to do is ride out the under-powered ult with a cute little shield or minor heal. Then Kat is a sitting duck. Unless we're supposed to toss up a blade right before ulting, knowing full well that the ult will not do the trick. That way we at least get one more shot at striking with the passive. That's provided the enemy stood there the entire time for your ult which they rarely do. It's a very steep uphill battle to play this champ well. I would like to keep going with her, so I think from now on I will sit around and wait for champs to be dead then snatch kills from my teammates so that perhaps by the end of the game I'll be able to do enough damage to actually contribute in team fights.

SOMETIMES, Kat does ok, but not often enough to make her a champ you want to play over and over. My reluctance to give up is the only thing keeping me going at this point. That and I like the sound of blades whirring through the air.
