can you please fix this game already, every single match is involved with hacking. its the most annoying thing on earth. it goes from having way more movement speed than the other person but someone they still run away faster to they are in your q range and nothing fucking happens and then die and lose the game. create a game that is fair for everybody rather than only unfair who actually own you fairly without being pathetic pieces of shit.

Im at a loss as to what your trying to communicate. May i ask what your ping is? Base ms rates change by champion so just having boots might not give you the move speed to run some one down. who are you playing what exactly is the issue your having?
