Okay this LeaverBuster needs to stop or it needs to be fixed!

I lag out of two games and i get a 20 minute queue for five games. Come on you guys need to really look into this because it is ridiculous!! Now I have had tendencies to rage quit but do I really have to waste 100 minutes collectively of my life because a teemo wouldn't switch from jungle to top or adc?? Please look into this Riot, or help out with it at least. If you have had the same experience comment below. And if you're going to be mean please don't comment.
