I really feel like yuumi is gutted now. I don't know when the change happen but I feel unable to play her and it does not feel rewarding anymore I am really sad [sg-shisa] after the changes to the heal and W increased delay it feels like throwing a sausage down the hallway
She wins more, but not by her own agency. They gutted her Q and W in exchange for making her a floating health pack.
The changes in the last patch were a solid 7-8% buff to her win rate, which was in the gutter the first patch of pre-season.
Your fault for maining her She is only good on a very few scenarios, when you have a super poosher adc and there is no hard engage supports or when there is a jax in the jungle which scales super hard with a yuumi on him
As she is now if they buffed the slow on her Q she might actually be useful.

You end up with endless utility, 400 AP for nothing, and over buffed heals that cut right through Grievous Wounds.
I honestly feel like there is no reason to even hop off your ad carry while playing yuumi, the mana on her passive is nice but way too risky since the instant she gets cc'd she will usually be forced to use a summoner spell. Also, even though her win rate is up it is greatly overshadowed by the fact that when playing her she feels like slow moving medkit that dies the instant an enemy champ looks in her direction, basically her win rate is up but her gameplay feels horrid.
stay on carry (whoever) and max E/W your Q is for show or finisher build lots of AP/unholy grail to give whoever more ad/ap. i still buy ludens on her since transcendence overcaps while also syncs with grail. more AP= more healing/move speed.

No shit if you keep nerfing the base heal on a champion that only scales 10% with the heal with ap. Her movement speed on heal is still busted riot does not value movement speed or dashes like they should its much more important than heals or sheilding and almost as important as damage.
