RIVEN rework or buff ???

Hello Im a riven main been playing riven for the past 3 years and she was fine until 2016 when she got these decent nerfs ( not direct nerfs it's just that they buffed some champions too much ) and now she's such a useless champion that all riven mains quit playing her because she's garbage against tanks and most of champions i mean even boxbox the most infamous riven pro player been having difficulties in laning phase because other champions are just too op to solo kill or outfarm ... check out riven's winrate and playrate i stopped playing riven in my main acc cause i couldn't win any lane phases with her duo to how easy she gets countered and gets behind , so please give her some decent buffs or rework her im pretty sure this is not fair to any other riven mains or riven players in general

She could use slight buffs. The problem is that an over-buff could make her really difficult to win lane against. She is a champions that needs kills to really carry.

I personally think she is a pretty weak at the moment, but it might be because her sustain is poor in early laning. She could maybe get a health regen buff better scaling base HP.

She is the type of champion that needs to get kills and also a champion that has a hard time catching up if she falls behind. Really good players make riven look like a god, but average ones have no clue how to play her when they get behind.

The tanks in the top lane do harm her because it is difficult for her to burst any of them down unless she kills them early.

Usually I would be on the opposing side saying riven's op blah blah blah. But she really doesnt have anything going for her compared to other more meta champs. She doesn't get too tanky, deals decent damage, good mobility though. I could see a small rework or a few small buffs to her kit.

Why buff her? She is not easy to play. And she is strong, if you master her -it's rare to see a good Riven player, but they usually carry 1v5... I once played with one Riven spammer that was trolling with Hurricane and Hextech gunblade, still 1v5ing the enemy team, after he got fed from some early kills. She has low counterplay, if you can animation cancel, because you can instaburst the enemies while they are stunned/knocked up.

Riven is too strong in mid to late game, if she gets buffed then her late game should get nerfed.

Im a Riven main myslef. I started playing her in early season 4, and I have to say that she is very weak right now, but not as weak as you made it seem. To deal with tanks, I just take flat armor pen marks instead of raw damage and for my keystone i take stormraiders surge. Ever since i started using these runes and masteries, I find myself climbing and having a 72% win rate with her with about 100 games under my belt. That is in ranked of course. So I really don't think she needs a rework because she is actually very good if you can animation / auto cancel with her effectively. Most champions do not have that which is what makes her so unique. I do agree though, that she does need slight buffs. Maybe some extra base damage on her Q will do the trick, not sure. I would also like to see a revert on the windslash nerfs.
