FPS drop after patch. Any fixes?

I used to have 250-300fps before the update. Now I have 130fps and it drops and freezes to around 0 frames randomly in-game. I have updated drivers, uninstalled league fully, and completed a full repair of the client. It is using around 20% of my GPU and 40% of my CPU. Does anyone know any fixes?

CPU: intel i7-4770k
