Improving Ranked Games

Hi, I've been playing LoL for 3/4 years. My major concern about this game is the difficulty of improving and be able to go up in ranked matches. I mean, I know that depends on me and my performance too, but seriously, for a player like me that only paly solo ranked games, its quiet difficult to ascend in the classification. So, my main ideia to improve this impass is to subdivide the leagues into 2 major groups, the ones premades and the ones solo (do not mix everything cause that way, usually, the team without premades never wins. Looking forward in a more large improving, i thought to, acordind to the match history of a player, or even a mean of a player's score, put them similiar ones in the same league to turn the Lol ranked Games in a more time worth, fun and justice game.
