Bots & Add a "Report Bot" Option

I've noticed bots are swarming ARAM. I see 2-4 bots in most every game. They're very easy to spot, especially at the start. They all move right next to turret, then they just sit there and wait for a human player or minions to walk up and then they engage.

I believe there should be an option to report the bots like you report people for "Leaving the Game/AFK" or "Griefing". At least that way it forces them to look into it. Otherwise, it takes a lot of effort to contact Riot and have them investigate.

I know in WoW botting is prevalent, but I figured Blizzard didn't stop them because a subscription is a subscription. What's the point in not removing bots in League of Legends? You don't lose money by banning them. You actually keep more by not losing your players to other games that don't allow bots.
