Ability to report players

We should have more ability to report players. Not just after a match. We should be able to report in champ select or even in the regular client. I've encountered many report worthy people just in champ select. Like when someone demands a lane when they get auto filled and refuse to play what they've chosen. I had a guy call me a dog and trash in champ select because he got auto filled jungle and wanted midlane, this was in ranked. It's ridiculous to have someone that unsportsmanlike in champ select in ranked. I was forced to dodge and take the MMR hit just to escape this crazy jerk from ruining my climb. I have no way to report people like this and it's wild. Anyone else think we should be able to report people outside of the post game screen.
