[Suggestion] Disable all game communication (pre/in/post)

I would like to suggest an option that disables ALL of the game communication that takes place within a game. This would be pregame, in-game AND postgame? Why? Because people can get you into a negative state of mind before the game even starts by being toxic towards you and there is nothing you can do to prevent it. I know that people have brought up the issue of the teammates being unable to communicate with you might be detrimental to the team's synergy. However, you could simply add an icon that would show others players that the player has their communication muted. This would actually incentivize them to use their pings more often which are more useful and cut out the (for the most part) unnecessary chatting during a game.
