ARAM Champion Score

Perhaps this has been discussed already, here are my 2 cents nonetheless.

Have you thought of adding a score to each league champ according to ARAM proficiency? Instead of a just-random algorithm maybe you could weight on how well each champ does, and make a All semi-Random All Mid. This way we could get a more normalized experience of sorts. Maybe you can use the win rate data for instance. The rolls kind of balance the scales, but maybe this could help create more competitive matches.
