Orange For Skins !!

The new runes system is fair to all players in the game in terms of bonus power and new strategy for the game and so , new BE system may be fair too as you say and it's kind of normal and ok , but why is the amount of orange essence that we get from selling the skins in loot by dischant is decreased too much , isn't that just unfair to some of us or may be all of us ?
