Loosing lane and not even playing the game

I was playing top lane as poppy and I didnt even play the game half the time, i was playing top lane against a pantheon and i unfortunately died once too pantheon. My jungler came to my aid but unfortunately getting outplayed, we gave pantheon a double kill. Now this is probably 8 minutes into the game. He now currently has 3 kills and i cant even step an inch away from my tower because he will kill me. So i play tower but he freezes. Now, I understand this is part of the game but i sat their with 47 CS under tower, without doing anything. I could not leave tower. I coldnt farm jungle because it isnt my farm. I litterally wasnt doing anything from 7-18 minutes of the game. I understand how freezing and kills are part of the game but i didnt even play. Like i couldnt farm or harras or anything. What im saying is, what are you supposed to do in these sittuations? Like you have your whole team being toxic at you for feeding and you cant even catch up for late game cause you can get farm! If anyone good help with a tip on what to do in these situations that would be great! thank you! <3
