Bring back the Ranked Spectate thingie?

I suddenly and randomly remembered that there used to be a feature a long time ago to spectate random ranked games. Something of the sort. (i may be out of my mind). Noone probably cares about it, but It may give youtubers or people who want to be casters some ideas for videos and/or practice. Just thought it would be a neat thing to have again.

Any thoughts?

Was it not pit back into the client with 7.22?

Actually I also remember this and I would also like to see this feature again! It can be nice to just spectate more skilled players - I remember you could often see active professional players active too!
