so recently i have been trying SUPER hard to learn ryze. but it feels like regardless what i do/ how i build i still do no damage and feed. my win rate has plummeted because of it. i have talked to multiple people about it. all telling me different things and still doesn't change a thing. then i see someone else build and do exactly what i do and have luck. either im just that bad. or im messing somthing up. this is so frustrating tips from ryze mains please

Just wait for his rework. It'll come eventually......
Ryze is a tactically powerful murder-mage in pros, but if you aren't that good he isn't that great. His ult is only useful with good coordination (or to stack minion waves) and his abilities are difficult to use correctly. Riot has to keep him weak in low level because otherwise he would be an insta-ban in LCS.
Ryze's ult needs to do something more then just teleport allies. When your solo his new ult is useless.
