what happened to PBE page?

I'm trying to check my PBE status, but for almost a month now, everytime I open the page it just says: ERROR 500, is PBE under maintenance? Or is it just me?

Blitz told me : ERROR 500! summoner 3

Looks like Riot blocked us, because We Are Not Live in North America*[slayer-pantheon-thumbs]*
