Wow guys, I'm very happy with the new game loading screen !!! !!! The only problem that saddens me is the fact of seeing a player ranked with 231 points of experience with a champion. Is it possible to put a minimum threshold of games / experience to do with a champion before facing ranked games? (I'm writing with the google translator, I'm noob in English and playing lol)

Also do this for reworks. It sucked seeing people using Kayle the moment she came out in ranked, then getting stomped by early game laners like Pantheon or Darius. It's even worse because she also got stomped by the usual hypercarry crowd like Riven and Yasuo.
