Random 7 AP on my AD mastery page

At the start of my games now im getting an additional 7 AP on all of my champions that are AD (I havent played any AP since ive seen this bug)

With that bug, im also missing 7 AD, (noticed the missing AD when i play draven, usually have 142 ad on draven at the time i get BF sword. (Could also be caused by the lack of level at the time im getting BF sword)
