nocturn ult vision with bushes

Because of how nocturn wants to create darkniss and uses frear and all that themem maticly. why cant he see enemys in a bush, or fog of war when he ults. should he not have full vision of just the range he can ult to. simmilar that twisted shows every camp on the map even if he isnt within ulting range.
