Any tip in getting out of Platinum 4?

I been stuck here for sometime, it was easy for me to get out of plat 5 but the people here are just like retard and don't know what they are doing. Most of the time I win lane and the other 2 lane lose, sometimes they lose superhard for no reason whatsoever and sometimes they are even. I need help
