A lot of champs are abusing Righteous Glory in the Meta right now... such as

. Seeing this item work wonders on it, along with ghost, I'm curious as to why people are not trying this on 
who does more damage based on speed. Especially since he used to be Meta and I feel like this is such a good item right now.

It's "using". Not "abusing".
And it's because it offers no resists. uses it with 
granting the resists so he's actually tanky. really just needs the active. He draintanks the rest, so some mana and hp are nice, but meh.
