Achievement Rewards coming to NA?

Hey there,

I was going to start playing League of Legends a bit more, and wanted to create a new account. I noticed that there were these "Achievement Rewards" and it looks really cool, but unfortunately they only seem to be available on the "Garena" server. Does anyone have any information to whether this feature will be coming to the NA server, and if so when? I'd hate to start leveling up now when it'd be much more beneficial to do so with this feature attached.

Thanks everyone.
