150 tickets down the drain

dude its based on luck what you get, what did you expect to get, 2 gemstones and the Hecarim shard?

There are 101 legacy skins according to the wiki,

So you have just under a 1% chance to get the Hecarim shard.

My friend was lucky enough to get it on his first one,

I have opened 6 so far and not gotten it. But I did get 2 gemstones though.
