Tham Kench V.S. Kayn

So as i was douing in a norms, Kayne(enemy team) had just did his ult where he goes into my adc (teemo) (i know teemo adc but it was fun as hell) i perceded to W (eat) teemo and kayne was like "WTF!!??!! I think you broke my game." aftyer askin what hes talking about he claimed that it glitch in and out i really dont know what he ment but was wondering if anybody else has had an issue with this????
