Will Riot Ever Bring back the weaker strength of the old jungle???

Now im not saying i dont like the new jungle its fantastic the look the new health bars and the new buffs and smite. but heres the thing with the new jungle the camps are much tougher and the best junglers right now are udyr ww shaco fiddle because they all have sustain so im asking will they ever bring back or make it so other junglers can take more camps with out having to leave at like level 3 or something i love the new jungle but hate how most junglers need sustain now and also will they add more to nerfed champs like elise and rengar?????? oh and if im wrong about something please just point it out it really helps thank you. oh and if anyone has suggestions for other junglers that would be great, my current junglers are as follows : amumu,j4,ww,udyr,volibear,lee sin, evelynn, thanks.
