Alot of champions i hate and some are becasue of annoying abilities like Morgana Q or Teemos poke. Then there is champions like Yasuo that ruins a game if he is ahead on the other team. Some champions are op because of skale or early game power like panth.

Its hard to choose just one champion, but every time I play against an Illaoi I'm reminded of how cancerous that champion is. You don't get to actually play League of Legends when laning against her.

I already know what the player is going to do. They have no issue with losing lane or feeding and are not even punished for it. All they're going to do is farm and split all game. Its the most annoying "strat" period and I have absolutely no desire playing vs him ever at any time. I can go on for days about how much I actually loathe this champion but I wont.
Depends on champion, I am starting to develop irrational hatred for all those right click hyperbullshit adcs, looking at you 
, that right click your ass from 700-800 range and kill you in 2 seconds, with the exception of vayne who has stealth and mobility in exchange.

absolutely the most cancer thing in league period
From level 1 onwards his Q is a threat, a bad blitz can still make huge plays for his team. So much power is stuck into his Q that as a champ he feels terrible for his team if he cant land it or he feels terrible for the other guys if he keeps landing it.

. he is fucking cancer when youre playing master yi vs shen he can just spam shields and taunt you under turret and you cant kill him bcz you cant auto him. also when i play assasins with enemy shen in game i cant kill anyone bcz of that cancer taunt this champ needs rework.
0-15 split pushes farms up still kills squishies or anyone remotely squishy. with tower dive using ult and spinning to getout.
15-0 split pushes unstopable 1 vs 3 kils both carrys spins off or just suscides to take out your towers/inhibs.
Seriously fucking hate this champion with a passion and he needs a massive rework, cant stand his ult an his sustain, you pretty much have to camp his lane an put him so far behind that he wont be a split pushing menance in 30 mins.

I personally play Teemo, and normally when I lock him in, I get flame from my team for playing a "bitch" champ. Thing is, I play very differently from most other Teemo players, I dont split push, I dont sit in top lane all game trapping it. I actually team fight, and I slaughter people with him.
Asides from that. I believe a truly toxic champion is one that you hate playing WITH OR AGAINST, not just against. And me personally.....
I hate Karma. Never seen a Karma player not be a selfish prick.... she tilts me on just about every level whether she is with or against me.
