League Has a Problem....

Now, i'm a new player who has noticed a really strange occurrence. I recently started watching competitive league, and I noticed that champions that are played in LCS are the champs i see most often. I also noticed that players only play cool looking champions, like and not ugly champions like . Is riot doing anything to make these champions played more? I mean, I want Urgot, but then i got mildly put of by everyone being toxic about him. Not only should riot change them so they dont look really, really ugly, but try making them be played more. If anybody at riot is working at that, you are my favorite person today.

A big reason people don't give urgot a chance is because his appearance is so disgusting.

Solution: Battlecast Urgot. Not only does battlecast get rid of his disgusting appearance, it actually looks really awesome in it's own right.

I always get puzzled if I see a Q from battlecast Urgot. Often I think, what is this projectile... lol. (Acid Hunter)

Urgot has issues in his kit which forces Riot to keep him weak. This means your skills have to be even better than average in order to carry with a champion like him. Even with a weakened, nerfed kit, it's possible to climb the ranks, but you have to excel with the champ like no other. Until the issues with Urgots kit have been resolved, Riot can't risk buffing him because it would wreck havok if he went fotm.
