Imo Liss looks really weak right now. do you have any plans on buffing her Riot?

if liss is weak now then she doesn't need to be strong

I'm sorry but you can't give a champion a ridiculous amount of CC AND dmg, she may feel weak because she doesn't do burst mage amount of dmg like Annie,Veigar etc even though being placed in the burst mage category https://gyazo.com/b9a5aa875179143a6e2d58cb7f77cef1 which are generally the mages that are in the spotlight, so anything dmg-wise lower than that is just unacceptable.
