Bronze ranked system

I am a bronze II player and I think I am struggling to get out of the Elo hell hard enough already. But you know what? The funny thing is that this garbage game is actually keeping me back by having a broken ranked system. I think my recent 80% games are played with players who have a win rate around 20~25%. This ranked system is BROKEN. Like it is almost impossible to climb up when there are people that literally starts feeding right off the bat. I think riot needs to fix their stupid and fked up ranked system.
