Loose too much lp and gain a sprinkle with pretty good ratio

So at this season start I was like gold 3, I managed to reach diamond V not long ago with a total of 499 ranked games (Lets say 500). While in platinum 1 struggle I was getting a decent amounts of Lp like 20 for a win and -20 for a loss (It seems fair), I wanted Diamond very bad so focused a bit and won a crazy amount of rankeds in a row and still am, since diamond v 0lp I was getting only ¬15lp per game, I managed to win games until 96lp not long ago, played another one, lost and it took -26lp from me while since diamonv V 50lp I was getting only 12lp+ and the funniest part is that I actually have 30+ more wins then losses which I anchieved pretty fast with good kda's and etc, it seems that the higher I go the more LP I loose and less I get, this system needs some repairing because it completely shut downs people who are not smurfing but are increasing they're elo. I do understand how the system works and that I need to have a bigger win ratio but at this moment I have over 500 ranked games, I'm completely shut downed from gaining ELO, I don't want suggestions but I want oppinions about this system, do you guys have simillar thoughts?

if you are gaining little LP per win and losing a lot per loss, then its probably your MMR. which is most likely a lot lower than your current rank. My buddy who is master tier and climbing the ladder on a smurf has the same issue. He went on a losing streak and his MMR took a hit. Now he loses like 25 LP for a loss and only gains 15 for a win.

it is because you are being matched with people weaker than your current division rather than you current division and higher. until your MMR normalizes the climb will slow down and become a grind. and the only way to normalize MMR is to win consistently. if you aren't winning consistently with your MMR lower you are not going to climb.

But that's so wrong, after platinum where I got 20lp for win and -20 for a loss I won games consistently until almost diamond 4 and it looks like my mmr dropped so badly, although I didn't stop climbing....

if you cant beat people lower than your division noticeably more than 50% of the time, why should we pair you with people at your division? thats how the system sees it anyway.
