Should this be a Loss Prevented?

Started a ranked flex game at probably 6:45 am E.T. While gaming in the 2 minutes, suddenly it became very lagged, then everyone in my team was DC'ED, I asked the opponent side, they said they were also dc'ed for a while then reconnected. But there are 3 of my teammates were not reconnected. Only me and support still in the game, I asked them is this gonna be a loss prevented. They gave us a positive answer. Then I and support open mid for them, because there was not much we could do about it. After the game was over, I lost 17 points and my opponents got a win.
