I got permabanned because someone got my account information and used a third party software and now my years of playing league is gone. I'm on the verge of tears, this game has helped me get through so much and now I'd have to start again with none of my skins or champions. Is there anything I can even do?! :(

explain the situation saying you were hacked and they might undo it
i can't guarantee they will but I've seen or heard of people having similar things happened and they got the ban undone by contacting riot

Having an ISP from a different country city or state can work as long as it does not look like you intentionally gave them your account. (some idiots have used in game chat to set up boosters for their main account. then get shocked when the lost their account.)
