Can we please reduce the snowballing in this game already?

The game goes to quick. 1 lane snowball, the game snowball to the end on 1 sided game , no matter what the rest of the enemy goes. Specially bot lane. As soon bot Win, mid and top could be complete troll the game is mostly done because enemy bot lane can't retaliate. The game is too snowbally and it's really getting boring to play league... it's time to do something.
