Should yorick get his Nerf????

The yorick rework has always been a very good champion before and after his rework he was just really under played. But now after his rework he is getting a lot of complaints. Most of them are very understandable because the yorick rework is very strong at the moment. But should he really get his up coming rework? He is very easily countered just by simple moving out of the way of his W but i see how that could be difficult depending on skill level and time played. but i assume most people will be able to out play him with a bit of practice. But continuing on the main topic, Should yorick get such a hard rework because an up to 50% damage reduction could render him unplayable and he will die again just like he did before his rework. Which i assume that to riot is a problem because they want him to be played a little bit more then he was. This nerf would undo all of that. i think that they should nerf his gouls and his ult they are 2 very strong abilitys. tell me what you think about the nerf
