Suggestion for a possible bard buff

Hi there, I'm TheSpooniestBard, frequent visitor of the r/Bardmains subreddit and (as you might have guessed) bard main.

Currently I feel like Bard's W is a little weak, as the scaling isn't that great and bard would really only use the instant cast on allies or himself. It is for this reason that I think bard's W could use a bit of a buff, there are several ways I think this could happen.

At first I tought bard's W could be changed so that an enemy is revealed when they step on it, the problem here however, lies in the fact that bard could simply use this as a discounted pink ward (and wouldn't have much counterplay for the enemies, as bard's W is instantly cast on a location).

Something else that came to mind would be to slow enemies that step on a shrine (as an opposite of the speedboost that allies receive), tough bard already has a lot of slows in his kit and adding just a slow on the W might be rather pointless.

Finally, the solution that I came to was rather simple: combine the first two options. Say bard's W could slow targets when they step on it, while also revealing them if the shrine is fully charged! This way enemies have a clear way to counter the reveal aspect of the W while giving bard a new reason to play around his shrines during the later stages of the game.

Tl;dr: Bard's W feels rather pointless late game and is just instantly casted on allies for the MS boost. This could be changed by buffing W so that when an enemy steps on the shrine, they are slowed. If the W is fully charged, they are also revealed. This would give bard a reason to place his shrines more carefully and play around them during late game.

Please let me know what you think, would this be a good way to buff bard without simply adding damage to his q or passive?

While they are at it, can they fix it So Bard stun no longer ignores spell shields.

I like the idea behind the shrines - Drop the shrine so you can roam, grab chimes, and your ADC has ready access to heals. If you go close to mid you can drop the shrine somewhere to the side for your jungle/mid to pick up and run off.

Hear me out cuz this is where I get crazy:

Bard is a cosmic neutral force. aAlmost an enchanter but, does too much damage compared to the others that would be in that class. As part of the "neutral force" fantasy, E and R effect allies and enemies alike, with greater effect on allies for the E. Extend this to all of Bards spells; Move the speed boost to tagging Allies with Q. This doesnt effect the stun portion of it, but means bard gives up part of his damage to encourage engage.

And yes, enemies get revealed but also healed when they claim shrines. Proper shrine placement is a very underrated piece of Bard mastery but thats not thr only change I want to see -

W has a health ratio and scales harder in general. Whether its scaling on Bards max HP or his target's %missing HP, with the ratio increasing over time (and no ratio for enemy heals, only base values) from very low to above average, Bards massive silhouette is more fitting of a tank than an Enchanter, or worse a ranged auto attacker similar to old Kayle.

This is more "minor gameplay rework" than a straight buff, but accomplishes many of the same ideas while making Bard a more unique champion within League of Legends.

His shrines need to charge faster as the game goes on. Late games fights are just WAY too fast to wait a full 10 effing seconds.
