Ranked Game Mode

I wanna know why there are so many leavers in Ranked (I low levels Leagues). Im not super good player but i know im not a Silver 4 Player but i know im not a Challenger League Player. In the last 5 games i got 3 leavers ( in 3 different games) and even trying our best to actually win, we were not able too. The frustating part actually is the part where i actually got demoted because we had another leaver. Why can't League of Legend put something to actually rewards thoses who didnt leave the game. They could just place something where we don't lose thoses hard earned LPs when there is a leaver. Im just frustrated to always start from scratch after thoses kind of games.

cuz people down there rage quit in a hopeless situation that they often put themselves into now, im not saying surrendering helps.. but it does reduce the suffering

I think the fear is that if there was a way to mitigate punishment when losing, people would find a way to abuse it however this should only apply to ranked games
