Honoring someone on the enemy team (SUGGESTION)

Is there any way Riot could add a way to give an honor to someone on the enemy team? We can already report them, but I would really like the option to give someone a thumbs up, whether I win or lose against them. I've lost to some people who weren't mean or anything and just played the game, would be nice to commend them for that.
