Fund Raising

I think it would be cool if the community was able to fund raise some sort of idea for league of legends if it got enough attention. For example some sort of overhaul is wanted by 300 people from the community and Riot believes the same but it may take awhile to get to. Then an agreement is made lets say 2k to complete said overhaul. The community is then given a date from Riot to raise the money and if reached Riot will pursue the project.
